We do, by email, Monday to Friday — the same people who run the servers. We aim to answer the same working day, Business+ first, and we promise no fixed response time on these plans.
Cancel in the cabinet; the service runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your domain is yours — take the auth code from the cabinet and move it, for free, whenever you like.
Not on these plans, and we would rather say so than print a number we do not back with credits. If you need one in writing, ask us before you buy.
Yes — Business includes one move, Business+ two. We do it by hand and tell you the day it is ready; you point the domain when you are happy with what you see.
Invoices come from Haydamax OÜ in Estonia. We are not registered for VAT, so none is added. The full contract is in the terms of service.
